A delivery model that fits your institution without fragmenting the platform.
ITEMS is provided primarily as a managed cloud service, with dedicated and institution-hosted options for qualifying enterprise and public-sector customers.
Our delivery policy
Secure SaaS by default. Enterprise flexibility where justified.

Common questions
Clear terms before an institution commits.
No. ITEMS is a managed platform. The standard subscription and enterprise editions provide authorised platform use, configuration, APIs and data portability—not unrestricted ownership or independent modification of the source code.
The institution owns or controls the institutional data it lawfully places in ITEMS, subject to applicable individual privacy rights. ITEMS processes and protects that data according to the agreement and selected edition.
Where a genuine legal, public-sector, national-security or data-sovereignty requirement cannot be met through ITEMS Cloud or ITEMS Dedicated, and the customer can provide a secure, supportable environment.
Yes. Approved APIs, webhooks and integrations can connect finance, identity, library, learning, payment and other authorised services while preserving the governed ITEMS core.
The agreement defines authorised data export, verification, transition assistance, retention, access termination and secure deletion. Exit does not transfer the ITEMS platform or source code.
Choose the right operating model—not simply a server location.
We’ll assess institutional scale, security, regulation, integrations and service expectations.
